Unlike newcomers to the industry, our General Santos City team is already highly skilled, with years of experience working in auto service. However, this training is not about learning from scratch—it's about adapting to the VPX way of doing things, which includes streamlined workflows, best practices in customer engagement, quality assurance protocols, and the use of advanced tools and technologies.
The program is designed to ensure that once they take over the operations in General Santos City, they can seamlessly deliver the level of service that VPX Auto Service is known for. The training covers key areas, including job order processing, standard operating procedures for preventive maintenance services (PMS), diagnostics, quality control, and customer service best practices. As the team undergoes training, they are currently operating from a temporary shop in General Santos City while we finalize preparations for a larger and more advanced facility. This transition period allows them to apply what they’ve learned while gearing up for the full-scale launch of our new, state-of-the-art auto service center.
